I spent the day on the observation deck. Perhaps I wanted to take in the extended daylight or maybe I was just wanted to finally finish my 'Birds of Malibu' scrapbook. Either way it was a glorious day. Manolo kept the Arnold Palmers coming, and yes all that talk at the club has now got me to drink these little delights all the time. If I am writing like a dandy Diary please forgive me, but that's what the observation deck can do to me. It reminds me of what Oscar Wilde once said, "Young men try to be faithful but cannot, while old men try to be faithless but cannot." Scotty is coming over soon. He is giving me my first didjeridu lesson. Hopefully the breathing exercises have helped. Sound the bell, Diary.
