Not Nick Nolte's Diary, Malibu, California

Ether

I layed awake for roughly two hours last night before I finally slept. Usually I get up if I can't sleep, or usually I don't lay down until I can. Take your pick. Was that not a Hall and Oates album? Anyway, I kept thinking about everything. I know, I know, my first and last mistake. What can you do? I thought about the script of course, I thought about taking a trip, then I thought about the phrase 'falling asleep.' Not where it comes from, but what the alternative is; I went to sleep is dull. I was seduced by slumber is too Victorian. I entered sleep can be taken the wrong way. The search continues I guess. I think I need to work the body out and then perhaps the mind will follow. Sleep perchance to dream, Diary.
