I had a conversation with the resort chef this morning. He is a stout gentleman with a remarkably well kept mustache. Reminded me of a young Alfie Upshaw. He told me that there was a slight difference between a yam and a sweet potato, "...like the difference between a buffalo and a bison," he said. Well diary, that puts that to rest, when I get back to the 'Bu I will collect my two dollar bill from Manolo. Constance and I got in late yesterday thanks to a snag in navigation, but can you really get lost in Catavina? Not in the sailor's sense anyway. To be honest I am still a bit aggrevated with last week's disaster. But hopefully after a few more days here, that will all be forgotten, and you know as well as I do Diary, forgotten is forgiven.
