I had a lengthy conversation with an old college friend yesterday. As many of the conversations go, we were all over the map and even laying new road for the compass to shadow. I can't remember how it all came about but he told me that he, "...quit second guessing albinos a decade ago." He was half serious thankfully because I believe it all had to do with his occupation, which I can never remember. Well, I bought a mirror for Tito's cage. He seems to notice the addition. I wonder to myself whether there is a capacity for reflection in his world. Perhaps in between mimicry and existence there is a place where he is certain that the "cage" is the space outside his own. Perhaps he can laugh at that. I know I would. I am off to the record store.
