No time to dawdle today, Diary. I've got to run out to Samy's camera and pick up some photo supplies. They have a V.I.P. guy there who gets everything in a bag ahead of time so I don't get stuck in a conversation about the mertis of shooting without a skylight filter on Nikkor primes with some grip who met me once. It's happened before. I'm also leaving early because I have a late lunch date with Ian Hunter in Hollywood and I know he won't wait if I'm late. It's time for our annual lunch already. I feel I don't have much to talk about. Maybe he'll listen to my golf script pitch. When Costance has asked if I would shoot some boudoir with her I had to mask my enthusiasm. Of course Manolo has already asked to borrow the diffusion screen.
